Yes. All client and staff data is stored on UK infrastructure that meets the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit standards, with encryption at rest and in transit.

Always. Every customer can export their full data set as CSV or JSON at any time, with no notice and no exit fee. Your data is yours.

Yes — we export to Xero, QuickBooks, Sage 50 and BrightPay, and we generate BACS files for any UK bank. Most customers stop using their accountant's software entirely after switching to PatientCare's built-in finance module.

The carer app caches the visit, GPS check-in, tasks and notes locally, and syncs as soon as the device is back online. Carers are never blocked from delivering care.
